Sovteck and Queen City Speed Shop are businesses that dont exist. I created both as a design exercise. A place to apply my skills, practice web design ideas and wrap an interesting story around my creative work. Sovteck is a Russian manufacturer of high tech sporting goods including mountain bikes and snowboards. They are proud of the high radiation levels they use and like to use the tagline ''Our scientists work harder, they have to!'' Queen City Speed Shop is a blog about hot rods and motor head topics. I wanted it to look like it could be a website for an actual company with t-shirts and speed parts for sale. I add tshirt designs, use the cart system to demonstrate to clients how a check out system works inside of wordpress and write creative entries. sovteck.com queencityspeed.com
